Experience/Background:

Patrick is a successful entrepreneur and executive coach with 20+ years experience helping leaders solve business problems.

Patrick’s four primary areas of focus are: working with leaders in transition either in a new role or new to an enterprise; working with high performers who need to improve their social and emotional intelligence, talent management and large scale change management. His coaching is both strategic as well as oriented to developmental and performance improvement. As a committed listener and sounding board, Patrick enables clients to discover effective solutions for better results. His primary goal is to facilitate every client to “bring your best self to right action for the highest quality business results.” By helping executives to find and use the best in themselves, Patrick has helped executives achieve bottom-line results they never thought possible.

Prior to working as an executive coach, Patrick instructed university business courses and served as Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant and as the Learning Manager for Pacific Gas & Electric’s Electric Supply Business Unit. While at PG&E, he consulted to planning, operations and R&D organizations. Additionally, he worked for several years supporting Pacific Bell during deregulation.

Patrick has worked extensively in the U.S. and internationally with leaders in the technology, healthcare, utility, telecommunications and financial services sectors. Some of his clients include: Applied Materials, AT&T, BZW Barclays, Genworth, GE Capital, Hewlett-Packard, Kaiser Permanente, Mission Foods, Pacific Gas & Electric, Sutter Health, Wells Fargo, a Top 3 global high-tech development enterprise, and one of the world’s leading microprocessor manufacturers.

Education:
Patrick holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University and an M.A. in Organizational Development from the John F. Kennedy School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Organization (PCMA).
