Lori has spent 20 years in corporate America with her key focus on developing people and creating better places for people to work.

Lori specializes in the interpersonal side of leadership, coaching individuals and groups as well as designing action learning opportunities for leaders. Having been on the inside of Fortune 500 companies including Intel, GE, Honeywell and McDonnell Douglas, she believes that the leader's role has gotten more complex and increasingly difficult, creating a demand for courageous, open and intentional leadership.

Lori’s coaching process,Coaching 3D: Discover, Design and Develop, helps business leaders to discover their full potential by examining and articulating blind spots, creating new openings for action & results. She designs coaching programs targeted at a leader's individual needs and priorities that will drive greater levels of success, accelerate development and increase satisfaction. Lori brings a direct yet supportive style that challenges and supports a leader's growth. In alignment with the leader’s development direction, Lori works with a leader to transform his or her ability to lead and succeed.

Education:
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication both from Arizona State University.

Instrument Certifications / Trainings:
Lori is certified in the Hogan suite of Leadership Assessment tools and has many years of practical experience with multiple assessment tools including leadership 360 assessment tools customized for use in corporate environments. Lori is a certified coach by the Newfield Network, a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
