Experience/Background:
Ms Vere has over 20 years experience in commercial roles and she is a specialist business performance management coach. She has expertise as an internal company and external consultant/coach in the development and implementation of business strategy through performance management systems to improve customer service and business profitability. She has implemented Board sponsored international performance management projects to achieve business improvement and cultural change. Ms Vere has had a varied and successful commercial career to Director level with international blue chip companies including ICI/Zeneca (now Syngenta), Deloitte & Touche, and Sainsbury's Supermarkets. She has extensive line management experience in a variety of UK and international roles (including sales, marketing, public relations/advertising and company wide project management). Ms Vere has worked with CEOs and Boards of international blue chip companies to improve performance. Ms Vere has worked in many different sectors including the industrial, chemical, agrochemical, biotechnology, professional /financial services, utilities and retail sectors.

Education:
Ms Vere holds a Bsc Hons from the University of Salford in French and Russian and a professional coaching qualification from The Work Foundation in association with The University of Strathclyde.
