Patricia Wheeler is an expert in leadership development and executive coaching who helps smart people become better leaders. Patricia has more than fifteen years of consulting experience, focused on helping smart, technically talented executives become better leaders, creating high performing teams and developing organizational talent and “bench strength.” Her experience spans many industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Services, Energy, Education, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Construction.

Patricia concentrates on the area of leadership development, where she specializes in executive assessment and feedback, executive coaching, developing high performing senior teams, and talent engagement. She has personally assisted more than 300 senior leaders through her assessment and coaching services. Her typical engagement begins with a thorough assessment of leadership strengths and developmental opportunities, organizational needs and concludes with a definitive measure of progress achieved. She is accomplished in the use of a wide range of assessment tools, the most frequently used being in-depth interviews, online and verbal 360s, CDR Assessment Suite, Hogan assessment tools, Myers-Briggs and DISC.

Prior to her association with The Levin Group, Patricia’s management experience was within the healthcare industry. She served as Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Medicine and Adjunct Professor at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology (now Argosy University). She is currently a guest lecturer at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Patricia is a requested speaker at private and public events on topics related to leadership effectiveness, talent engagement, and executive transitions. In partnership with executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, Patricia publishes articles and hosts Thought Leader TeleForums through Leading News, a global executive resource.
