Dr. Jodi Knox is the Founding Director of Action Dialogue Associates, a leading firm specializing in executive coaching and facilitating dialogue processes that lead to shared understanding, committed action and results. In her executive coaching role, Jodi uses her experience and training in Strategic Leadership Development where she specializes in behaviorally-focused executive coaching for leaders. Jodi identifies developmental issues related to business/performance challenges and facilitates leadership development at both the organizational and individual levels. The Strategic Leadership Development (SLD) process she uses recognizes that leadership requirements are situational: the leadership practices an organization needs in its leaders depend upon the organization's strategic objectives and the specific demands of individuals' roles. This process provides an effective way to identify and develop the practices and behaviors each organizational member needs to exhibit. She has done extensive 360-degree assessment and coaching for results to combine the organization's strategic directions and an individual's leadership 360 data in a structured coaching process. Her executive coaching work has successfully focused on helping clients achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behavior.

Prior to founding her own practice, Jodi spent several years as Manager of Change Leadership & Learning with a large New York based consulting firm. Here her leadership development and coaching work included assisting clients to communicate to the broader organization the underlying common language management uses to identify and develop leaders as developmental priorities. Jodi has designed and implemented new communications and dialogue approaches for action and developed talent strategies to meet the demand for attracting and retaining top talent. She has conducted practical research with Fortune 50 companies on leadership development programs to measure and leverage the outcomes achieved. Jodi brings seven years industry management experience to her eight years consulting experience. As Account Manager for a major semiconductor manufacturing company, Jodi served a variety of OEM clients' product design, development and manufacturing entities and other sales and distribution channels.
