Experience/Background:
Dan Feldman is Owner and President of Leadership Performance Solutions, Inc., an organizational development consulting company. Dan provides a variety of coaching and consulting services including: leadership development, process facilitation, team development, strategic and action planning, conflict resolution, and change management. Dan regularly coaches senior staff and facilitates senior level meetings and retreats.
Organizations thrive by strategically adapting to internal and external challenges and managing the necessary changes in culture and direction. For over twenty years, Dan has served as a catalyst for change in organizations. He recognizes that the success of these efforts is dependent upon strong leadership. In pursuit of developing organizational leadership, Dan specializes in in-depth analysis of a leader’s key developmental requirements for workplace success and provides the necessary intensive coaching or leadership team facilitation to develop or expand the relevant skill areas.
Dan has designed, developed, and delivered a wide-range of human capital development training programs and is a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators. He is the author of The Handbook of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, The Manager’s Pocket Guide to Workplace Coaching, and Critical Thinking: Strategies for Decision Making.
Education:
Dan received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1982 and is a licensed psychologist.

Dan has provided comprehensive executive coaching and facilitation services in the private sector for large and small companies in a variety of industries including Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Hospitality and has delivered organization-wide transformation interventions to federal agencies. Recent clients include: Nationwide, Hinchcliffe and Co., UnitedHealth Group, AOL, and the FDA.
