Experience/Background:
During his 19 plus years as a consultant/coach, Bob has focused on the design and delivery of training to promote leadership development, organizational
values and team effectiveness. Since the mid-1990s, Bob's primary emphasis is in the delivery of executive coaching services, helping organizations succeed by enhancing the leadership effectiveness of key individuals.
Currently Bob plays a lead role in the coaching practice area for the Alliance for Strategic Leadership (alexcelgroup), a San Diego-based consulting group specializing in leadership development. Prior, Bob served as a Director of Keilty, Goldsmith & Company, alexcelgroup's predecessor, and his business background includes experience in the investment field with Paine, Webber in Boston, and fourteen years in sales management with Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company in New England.
Education:
Bob earned an MBA degree from Indiana University and holds a BA from St. Anselm College.
