With her executive experience and advanced training in psychology, BJ Fuller Holmberg, Ph.D., provides clients with a unique combination of in-depth practical and theoretical consulting expertise. Her understanding of executive challenges and grasp of effective leadership principles have demonstrably improved leadership excellence and team performance in a wide range of client organizations. As a global Human Resources executive with extensive experience in managing professionals, projects and programs for fast-paced Fortune 100 high tech companies, BJ led multi-functional management teams through complex, global organizational change initiatives. She has managed HR activities and provided executive and organization consulting across all business functions, including sales, services, product design and development, manufacturing, and technical research and development. As a trusted business partner with senior executives, she has designed and implemented HR solutions for global businesses, including emerging economies such as China, Mexico and Southeast Asian countries.

BJ lived for 2 years in Asia, where she worked and traveled throughout the region. She has also worked in Europe and Latin America. BJ has a practical understanding of the special challenges that executives face living and working in complex global environments. BJ has a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and has taught Organizational Development at American University and at the University of Utah. She has leveraged her extensive knowledge of human and organization dynamics as a business partner and consultant to senior executives at Digital Equipment Corp, Compaq Computer Corp, Nektar Theraputics, Office of the Secretary of Defense, as well as at a number of federal and state agencies and local governments.

BJ is a successful entrepreneur. In her current consulting business, she applies her understanding of assessment theory using tools and coaching processes to build high performance teams and leadership excellence for technology companies. Her first business, Fuller Consulting, focused on developing and conducting Assessment Centers to evaluate management capabilities for selection and development.

BJ has volunteered with the Northern California HRA, BioTech Group, to develop and implement a mentoring program. She is also a volunteer board member for Hidden Villa environmental education and multi-cultural awareness center.
